Ragnarok Violet - Herbs & Gem Stones List / Guide / Database

Please click on the title above^ and scroll down to the bottom of the page to post comments on this article.  Contributors will be acknowledged and their names will be displayed on the "Acknowledgments" page.  Thank you!

I've noticed that herbs and gems in Ragnarok Violet are very crucial ingredients in completing most of the game's recipes.  So I have compiled a short list of them here to help everyone know which monsters drop them.  Later on, I will update this post and incorporate more information by adding the hunting locations or possibly a map to make it easier for everyone. /fsh

Currently, I'm in the process of making a world map.  It may take a few more days depending on how much extra time I can spare.  (Remember?  I have to hide from my girlfriend because she keeps on nagging me about putting too much attention to this game!) /wah

For now, this is all I can share. /sry

  1. Bon Gun in Nif drops red herbs. To tell you the truth, I had some of it from monsters earlier in the game but I didn't really pay any attention at that time. *facepalm*

  5. I've been screenshoting some maps of Prontera-Cave of Darkness. You can have them if you want to. Along with some info about the monsters(just level and element after geting Violet) which reside in the map.

  8. Bro, you have to download the updates in iTunes. =)
I also had the same problem when I first played RO Violet. The red herb drop problem was fixed by Gravity with the updates but it's still rare even when I had a Pet Siroma with me. I think the red herbs are the hardest to collect in the game... Hard but not impossible. ^_~

  9. By the way Kakaa, I collect mine in Crack of Dimension (Level 3). It's a cave found S-E of Niflheim. The Spores there drop 'em. I also get good experience at the same time. ^_~
